Attorney Sun Xijuan graduated from the School of Law at Nanjing Normal University with a Bachelor of Law degree. Before practicing law, she worked in the Criminal Court of the Supreme People's Court for six years, accumulating extensive experience in handling death penalty cases and complex criminal cases. During her time at the law firm, she focused on civil and commercial disputes, labor disputes, corporate legal consulting, and civil enforcement cases. She has handled nearly a hundred civil and commercial, and enforcement cases, assisted companies in drafting, revising, and reviewing thousands of contracts and corporate correspondences, and resolved disputes on multiple occasions by sending legal letters, possessing a wealth of case handling experience. Her main practice areas are corporate legal consulting, enforcement, and enforcement objection cases.

Provided legal advisory services to a large sports training institution.

Participated in providing contract review and modification services for a domestic athlete.

Assisted a factory enterprise in Beijing in convening multiple staff meetings before dissolution, and through friendly negotiations, signed agreements to terminate labor relations with 34 workers, successfully preventing the escalation of conflicts between personnel and the enterprise.

Represented multiple labor dispute cases and achieved victories.

Participated in a domestic company's application for enforcement against an Iranian company and recovered the full case amount of approximately 4.16 million euros (converted and executed in RMB).

Represented Yu in a divorce case against Wang, successfully preventing the other party from dividing over 3 million yuan of demolition compensation funds that our client was holding on behalf of their parents.
