Mr. Zhang Qiaoyu is the founder of Qingsong partners, specialized in international arbitration and litigation, compulsory enforcement (both domestic and international), and sports arbitration.
Mr. Zhang Qiaoyu has extensive experience in representing domestic and foreign clients in various cross-border disputes and compulsory enforcement cases, including corporate equity transfers, Sino-foreign joint ventures and cooperation, international trade, professional athlete contracts, technical service contracts, construction contracting, goods sales, and letters of credit.
Mr. Zhang Qiaoyu has represented many well-known cases. In the field of international arbitration, he represented Shanxi Shuita Vinegar Industry in its arbitration dispute with the French Veolia Group over a 350 million yuan equity repurchase. In the area of compulsory enforcement, he represented the foreign enterprise Daniel in enforcing a 4.1 million euro letter of credit dispute against Iran's New Economic Bank in China. In sports arbitration, he represented Chinese men's basketball player Zhou Qi in his sports arbitration case against his former CBA basketball club, Xinjiang Guanghui, regarding player contracts.
