Mr. Chen received a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Technology Sydney and holds a Chinese practicing lawyer qualification certificate. Focusing on private equity, international arbitration, corporate legal counsel and other business areas, Mr. Chen has represented domestic and foreign clients in many major litigation cases and non-litigation projects, and is good at dealing with GDPR compliance legal business, international arbitration, corporate listing and private equity investment and financing , the industry involves aviation, automobile, real estate, food, medical technology, etc. Working languages: Chinese, English.
