Participated in the revision of the bidding documents for Capital Corporation and provided legal services for business negotiation and transaction completion of the transfer of one billion yuan in equity of its subsidiary.

Participated in the special audit team of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council for a large central enterprise, providing legal services support for compliance verification and accountability.

Handled the due diligence project for China National Petroleum Corporation's acquisition of Jiangxi Liquefied Gas Company.

Provided criminal defense for suspects/defendants accused of illegal absorption of public deposits, environmental pollution, embezzlement, non-state staff bribery, manipulation of the securities market, operating casinos, and organizing prostitution.
