Graduated from China Youth Academy of Political Science (now University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences). Focus on criminal defense, criminal prosecution, criminal compliance, corporate internal control and anti-corruption, and handling of complex criminal and civil cases. He has worked in a procuratorate in Beijing for 8 years, and has gone through various positions in public prosecution, arrest, and criminal execution. He was awarded 1 "Advanced Individual" by the Beijing Procuratorate, 4 Outstanding Awards, and 1 Third-Class Merit Award. With rich experience in front-line case handling, he has handled hundreds of arrest and public prosecution cases in the past 8 years.

 Past representative cases 

1. Guided the investigation of the case of opening a casino in a certain district of Beijing that was reported by many media;

2. A lawyer in a certain district was hacked to death;

3. A case of embezzlement by the general manager of a company;

4. A series of fraud cases involving the principal culprit in a fund-raising fraud case of a Shangtong company;

5. The case of a village party branch secretary collaborating with villagers to illegally sell land use rights;

7. A case of rape and robbery (gang rape, robbery);

8. A house robbery case (robbery using a screwdriver as a murder weapon);

9. A hit-and-run case of a traffic accident (after escaping after drinking and driving, find someone to cover it);

10. There are many cases of series of frauds (Beijing household registration, job transfer, multiple sales of demolition and resettlement houses using false contracts, false mortgages, routine loans, unfreezing royal assets, false tourism, fictional projects, love scams, killing pigs, etc.);
