 Representative Cases

Represented the plaintiff, Yinchuan-based Equity Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership), in a dispute related to the company, suing multiple defendants for joint payment of over ten million yuan for share repurchase, which the court supported.

Acted as the defendant for Beijing-based Technology Co., Ltd. in several contract disputes arising from a "0 yuan learning" course with related promotion and sales platforms, with the court rejecting all litigation requests from the platforms.

Represented the plaintiff, an individual shareholder, in a lawsuit for the right to recourse after being held jointly liable and enforced for liquidation responsibilities, against other shareholders at fault. During the process, a dispute over shareholder qualification arose due to the denial of shareholder status by other shareholders, leading to a lawsuit for confirmation of shareholder status. Ultimately, the court supported some of the plaintiff's litigation requests according to the law.

Served as the perennial legal advisor for a Hainan-based Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (mainly engaged in real estate development and sales).
